About the survey report

In 2019, Thai Institute of Directors (IOD) conducted a survey on audit fee and cost of services provided by auditing services among the Thai listed companies. The IOD survey was based on the Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies (CGR) 2019 project carried out among a total of 677 Thai listed companies. Of the total,

· 522 companies are SET-listed (77%)

· 155 companies are MAI-listed (23%)
